As the purchased e-books, audio files, and videos are digital content, they fall under § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) as goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return. Therefore, according to legal provisions, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content.

Upon completion of the purchase and receipt of the digital product, the customer's right of withdrawal expires. Please note that after purchasing and receiving the digital product or downloading the e-book, the customer is not entitled to a refund or return.
